We work in English
Brussels is a city of people who arrived from somewhere else, and a piercing is not the moment to be guessing at vocabulary. The studio works in English, French, Portuguese, Spanish and Italian. The booking page is in French, but it takes four clicks and no account — and if you would rather write first, message us on WhatsApp in English.
Needle only — never a piercing gun
This is the one thing we do not compromise on, including for lobes and for children. The needle is sterile, single-use, and opened in front of you.
The reason is not preference. A needle passes through the tissue and removes a core; a gun crushes the tissue to force the jewellery through. There is also a hygiene problem: a piercing gun is made of plastic and cannot go into an autoclave. Our instruments are autoclave-sterilised.
Prices
Each price covers the piercing and a basic implant-grade ASTM F-136 titanium piece. We fit two materials and no others: solid 14 and 18 carat nickel-free gold and that titanium, both internally threaded and mirror-polished. The studio keeps more than 500 pieces in stock: if you prefer a different model to the basic one — gold or titanium alike — it is charged separately, depending on the piece. We tell you its price before the appointment, never after.
A basic titanium piece is included in every price. Many studios quote the piercing alone and charge for the jewellery on top: here you leave with jewellery fitted and no second bill. If you choose a different model from the 500-odd in the studio — gold or titanium — that piece is added to the price, depending on which one you pick.

What the appointment looks like
- Anatomy check. Not every ear can take every piercing — a rook or a daith depends on cartilage that is either there or isn't. We say so before, not after.
- Choosing the jewellery, from the 500-odd pieces in the studio.
- Marking, which you approve in the mirror before any needle comes out.
- The piercing itself, with a single-use sterile needle.
- Written aftercare, handed over and explained out loud.
We will not tell you it is painless, and we will never give you a healing date. Nobody can promise either of those honestly. What we do guarantee is the equipment, the technique and the follow-up.
The downsize is included
A fresh piercing is deliberately fitted with a longer bar, to leave room for the swelling of the first days. Once that swelling has gone, the same bar becomes the problem: it moves in the channel and catches on everything. Replacing it with a shorter one is the downsize, and it largely decides how the piercing ends up looking.
Many studios charge for it, or never mention it. Here the check-up and the downsize are free — we consider them part of the original appointment. Most of the "piercings that won't heal" we see are downsizes that were never done.
Children
We pierce children's lobes from the age of 7½, and only if the child agrees on the day. Forty minutes are set aside so that nothing is rushed. A parent stays for the whole appointment, and we ask for the identity cards of both the parent and the child.
Finding us
The studio is at Chaussée de Waterloo 1114, 1180 Uccle, in the south of Brussels — easy to reach from Ixelles, Forest, Saint-Gilles, Watermael-Boitsfort, Waterloo and the city centre.
We work by appointment, Monday to Saturday, 10:00 to 19:30. We accept card, cash, Payconiq and Eternità gift cards.
Already pierced somewhere else? We will look at it too, whichever studio it came from — fitted with a piece from our own selection, which is the only jewellery we can stand behind. The full French site, including our aftercare protocol and buying guides, is at eternitaluxurypiercing.com.
